Anyone who has already dealt with the formation around frontman Szivilizs in recent years knows that CHOTZÄ have developed over their previous three albums from an initially rumbly-aggressive black metal band with punk influences (""Plump u Primitiv"", 2014 and 2021) to a technically adept and consistently complex structured band (""Tüüfuswärk"", 2020).Now, a good 4 years after ""Tüüfuswärk"", they are releasing their next piece of puke, which borrows heavily from the song structures of ""Plump u Primitiv"", the re-recorded version of which was also released by Folter Records in 2021.
Fans of the band can therefore look forward to seeing what roar-along anthems CHOTZÄ have in store for them on their new album. But CHOTZÄ wouldn't be the band they are if ""Pächschwarz"" didn't also document an impressive development of their music … If you want to be transported back to the dark corners of Bern and have Szivilizs spit in your face in his usual Bernese dialect, you should definitely make a note of the release date in your diary. The album was mixed and mastered at Iguana Studios by Christoph Brandes, who gave the band a thoroughly fitting sound for their latest album.
At long last, a timeless classic returns: BESTIAL WARLUST's pivotal second album, Blood & Valour, now seeing release on digipack through HELLS HEADBANGERS!
