GRIMVEIL - Beneath the Veil of Silent Woods DigiCD

Supreme and ancestral Black Metal with epic and pagan influences in their best form!

Re-release of „Musta Kaipuu“,

ERNTE are True Helvetic Black Metal. After almost 20 years of creating dark ambient music, photography, painting, and graphic art, Häxär decided that it was time to return to the roots: In 2020, his long-time passion for black metal found a form of expression in ERNTE, where he is the main songwriter, guitar player, and responsible for recording and mixing. In Askahex (vocals, bass, violin), he found an appropriate and experienced co-musician. She played bass and violin in the all-girl doom band shEver before she started as frontwoman in the Swiss black-doom band Ashtar.

Presented by Pagan War Distro in Brazil is the latest EP from the cult horde of war and death, Goatpenis! This EP contains 5 brand new studio recordings, 6 live songs, and two rehearsal tracks. Pressed on jewel case CD format.

The band plays a fast, aggressive style of black metal that would go on to be more 'polished' in later releases. But on Frühlingserwachen, the sound is still quite gritty and raw, despite decent production values, and works well with its subject matter of WWI & WWII (with some anti-religious sentiments thrown in for good measure). The band leans into this theme with vocalist Iblis credited for "propaganda" and drummer Mayhemic Destructor as "artillery," a fitting description for the drums on the album.

Horna was created by Shatraug (guitar, vocals) and Moredhel (bass) back in 1993 under the name Shadowed. In 1994 Gorthaur (drums) joined the band and the name was changed to Horna.
